Cattle at SC auctions on Tuesday: No comparisons made this week due
to limited comparable sales. Light offerings of plain to average quality
cattle with active buyer participation.
Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 355.00; 500-600
lbs none reported. Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 337.50-
380.00; 500-600 lbs none reported. Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1 400-500
lbs 279.00-305.00; 500-600 lbs 285.00. Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% lean

SC Grain on Wednesday: Corn bids were 7-8 cents lower; elevator bids
5.18, processor bid 5.23. Soybeans were 10-11 cents lower; elevator
bids 9.67-9.87, processor bids 10.27, and exports were 10.05. Wheat bids
were 2-7 cents lower; elevator bids 4.78.
Cotton on Wednesday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 98 cents
higher at 65.98.
