Cattle at SC Auctions on Thursday: No comparisons made this week due
limited comparable sales. Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1-2 400-500
lbs 145.00-155.00; 500-600 lbs 145.00-170.00. Feeder Bulls: Medium and
Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 160.00; 500-600 lbs 165.00. Feeder Heifers:
Medium and Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 140.00-145.00, 500-600 lbs 135.00-
140.00. Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 77.00-86.00; Boners 80-85%
lean 71.00-91.00; Lean 85-90% lean 68.00-78.00; Lean Low Dressing 54.00-
73.00. Slaughter bulls: Average Dressing 1090-2030 lbs 97.00-112.00;

SC Grain on Thursday. Corn bids were 7 cents lower; elevator
bids 7.65-8.00, processor bids 8.00-8.25. Soybeans bids were 45
cents higher; elevator bids 16.36-16.86, processor bids 18.06 and
export at 18.11. Wheat bids were 5 to 7 cents lower; elevator bids 7.75.
Cotton on Thursday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 4.55
lower at 140.61.
