IMPORT BEEF TRADE

Compared to Last Week: Imported beef prices were moderately to sharply
higher. Trading was slow to moderate. Tight supplies and good demand
continued to support import pricing. Shipping delays continued to be the
major trade concern. Imported lean from Australia and New Zealand were in
short supply as China continued to purchase any available product.
