          Compared to last week feeder steers 4.50 lower, feeder 

heifers 3.00 lower, feeder bulls 10.50 higher, slaughter cows 2.00 

lower, slaughter bulls 4.00 higher. Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 

1 400-500 lbs 345.00-392.50; 500-600 lbs 290.00-305.00. Feeder 

Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 345.00-440.00; 500-600 lbs 

270.00-360.00. Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 260.00

-320.00; 500-600 lbs 240.00-295.00. Slaughter Cows: Breakers 75-80% 

lean 125.00-149.00; Boners 80-85% lean 120.00-154.00; High Dressing 

155.00-179.00; Lean 85-90% lean 107.50-135.00; Lean low dressing 

52.00-115.00. Slaughter Bulls: Average dressing 1080-1985 lbs 143.00

   SC Grain on Friday. Corn bids were 8 cents lower; elevator bids 

4.92-5.57, processor bids 5.62. Soybean bids were 11 cents lower;

elevator bids 10.19-10.49, processor bid 10.84 and Exports at 10.74. 

Wheat bids were 5 to 8 cents lower; elevator bids 5.22.

   Cotton on Friday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 40 cents 

lower at 64.38.
