Cattle at SC Auctions on Monday: Feeder Steers Medium and Large 1 400-
500 lbs 280.00-315.00, 500-600 lbs 255.00-283.00. Feeder Bulls: Medium
and Large 1 400-500 lbs 270.00-295.00, 500-600 lbs 243.00-265.00. Feeder
Heifers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 237.50-250.00, 500-600 lbs
None reported. Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 117.00-149.00; Boners
80%-85% lean 115.00-148.00; Lean 85-90% lean 105.00-131.00; Lean low

Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 250-300 lbs price was not reported. Sows
live price 300-450 lbs 66.85; 450-500 lbs 73.75; 500-550 lbs 74.68.
SC Grain on Tuesday: Corn bids 7 cents higher; elevator bids
4.21-4.86, processor bids 4.76. New crop soybeans were 10 to 11 cents
higher; elevator bids 9.41-9.71, processor bid 9.96, and exports 10.26.
Wheat bids were 4 to 7 cents higher; elevator bids 5.16.
Cotton on Tuesday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 12 cents
lower at 68.08.
